What’s Included?

Our survey typically begins in the roof void, where we evaluate:

• The overall performance and construction of the roof structure.
• Condition of structural members.
• Signs of water ingress or leaks.
• Insulation and ventilation levels.

We then continue through the internal areas of the building, examining:

• Floors for moisture and overall condition.
• Internal surfaces of external walls for cracks or dampness.
• The construction method (e.g., cavity wall, solid masonry, timber frame) to identify risks or future maintenance concerns.

Following the interior inspection, we carry out an external survey from ground level, reviewing:

• The condition of roof surfaces and external walls.
• Visible drainage inspection, but not testing, where accessible.
